At VgdFs, we keep shipping simple and transparent.

1) Free Shipping & Rates

United States (contiguous):

over $35 ship free with standard delivery.

under $35 ship for a flat $4.99.

United Kingdom:

over £59 qualify for free delivery.

£4.99 standard fee may apply below £59. Large Parcel items may carry additional charges.

Surcharges can apply to oversized/heavy items or remote areas. All costs are shown before payment.

2) Processing Times

In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment.

Made-to-order and freight items may need extra handling. Estimated ship dates appear on product pages and at checkout.

3) Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery: to your doorstep/entrance.

Upgrades where available: Room-of-Choice, Scheduled delivery, Assembly/White-Glove. Details and pricing appear at checkout.

4) Shipping Areas

We ship to the regions listed at checkout. Some addresses (P.O. boxes, islands, military, remote) may be restricted.

International orders may incur duties and taxes unless stated otherwise.

5) Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Weather, carrier capacity, or access constraints can extend timelines.

6) Order Splits & Consolidation

We consolidate items whenever possible.

If items ship separately, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers.

Pre-orders/back-orders ship when available. Consolidated delivery may be offered on eligible baskets.

7) Tracking & Notifications

You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once an item leaves the warehouse.

Live status is available via the carrier link and your VgdFs account.

8) Delivery Attempts & Signatures

A signature may be required for high-value or freight deliveries.

Missed deliveries may be reattempted or held at a local facility.

9) Address Changes & Cancellations

Address changes are possible before dispatch. Contact us promptly.

After dispatch, reroutes depend on the carrier and may incur fees.

Cancellations are honored if the order hasn’t entered fulfillment.

10) Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect on delivery. Note damage on the driver’s paperwork and take photos.

Report damage or shortages to VgdFs Support within 48 hours with photos and packing slip for swift resolution.

11) Returns to Sender / Undeliverable

If returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or unclaimed hold, we can:

Re-ship after collecting re-delivery postage, or

Refund the item minus original and return shipping (if charged), per our Returns Policy.

12) Product-Specific Notes

Freight/Large items: curbside or threshold by default; upgrades may be available.

Restricted goods ship only via approved methods.

Pre-order/Back-order items display expected ship windows.

13) Digital Products (if applicable)

Downloads are available immediately after purchase via email link and your account.

14) Holidays & Peak Periods

Processing and transit may extend during peak seasons or public holidays.
