Need to return an item? No problem! We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. If you’re returning a damaged item delivered via freight (e.g., a sofa or bathroom vanity), initiate the return within 5 days of delivery.
Standard Return Shipping Costs
Except for damaged/defective items, incorrect deliveries, or missing parts, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If VgdFs or the Seller provides a return label, its cost will be deducted. If using your label, insure the shipment and keep tracking details. Costs vary based on return location, item size/weight, and chosen method.
Returns for Damaged/Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
For damaged items, initiate the return within 30 days of delivery. VgdFs/Seller covers return shipping, and you may request a refund, replacement, or parts. For other issues, initiate the return within 30 days, provide photos of the damage, and return the item disassembled if delivered that way.
Refund Details & Timing
Refunds include the product price and sales tax, minus return shipping costs. VgdFs/Seller processes refunds shortly after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account. If the original payment method can’t be refunded, receive VgdFs marketplace credit.
Missing Items
If an order is missing, contact VgdFs/Seller within 30 days via the “Contact VgdFs” or “Contact Seller” button on Your Orders page. Monitor tracking information and report missing items promptly.
Cancellations
Cancel orders within 30 minutes on Your Orders page using the “Cancel Order” button. After 30 minutes, contact VgdFs Customer Support. If a cancellation isn’t possible, consider a standard return with return shipping fees.
Freight Forwarders
Using a freight forwarder absolves VgdFs of responsibility for damaged or defective items. Do not list VgdFs on export documentation.
Warranty Information
Certain products may have a manufacturer’s warranty. VgdFs may offer additional coverage through a third-party provider for residential use. Contact the Seller or the third party for warranty details.
